Terms and conditions.  Your bid is your word.  There was a day when that meant something, lets show each other that it still can.  By bidding you affirm that you have either inspected the property or you wave your right to inspect the property.  You are not allowed to bid on an item and them decide that it’s not what you wanted.  Again, your bid is your word… and your word is a legally binding contract to the buy the item at the price you bid.  We prosecute non-paying bidders through all civil means available to us within the jurisdiction of the State of Florida’s Civil Court system.  These auctions cost us a great deal of money.  Ebay didn’t become a billion dollar company by giving this stuff away.  So, when you bid and walk away, it costs us hard cold cash.  So don’t do it.
