| DESCRIPTION and EQUIPMENT |
This auction is for a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon.
The interior and exterior are both in good
condition. As you can see from the photos,
this car has had many custom modifications
made such as: Custom Paint Job, Front Scoop,
Rear Spoiler, Seagull Doors, and Remote Entry
(no door handles are on car).
Damages: There is a small scuff at the middle
part of the front scoop where it scraped
against a driveway entryway because the front
of the car is so low. Please view the photos

It is the responsibility of the buyer to
have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and

the condition and value and to bid based
upon that judgement solely. The seller shall

this vehicle at the buyer's request prior
to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility
for any repairs regardless of any oral statements

| TERMS OF SALE |
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash (in person), bank wire transfer or bank
draft ONLY. Cash payments are accepted ONLY
in person - Cash payments by mail are not
accepted. No credit cards or personal checks
are accepted. All funds must be in US Dollars.
We do not offer financing of any kind. Please
be sure to have full payment BEFORE making
your final bid.
DEPOSIT
The successful high bidder will submit a
$1,000 deposit within 2 business days of
the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
PAYMENT OF REMAINING BALANCE
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due
and take delivery within 7 business days
of the close of the auction. All financial
transactions must be completed prior to the
delivery of the vehicle.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES
The buyer is responsible for all applicable
state, county/parish and city taxes and fees,
as well as title/registration fees in the
state the vehicle will be registered.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for any and all
shipping charges. Seller assumes NO responsibility
for damages of any kind including theft incurred
after vehicle leaves our premises. If the
vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment
must be received prior to vehicle being delivered
or picked up by shipping company. Seller
does not provide shipping services. If the
vehicle needs to be shipped, it is the responsibility
of the buyer to make shipping arrangements
with a carrier.
BUYER'S INSPECTION
Every effort has been made to accurately
and fairly describe this vehicle to you.
We have tried to disclose all information
known about this vehicle for the auction.
Please be advised that used vehicles will
have typical scratches and dings inherent
for their year and mechanical parts are subject
to fail. We recommend that you ask all questions
you may have regarding this vehicle BEFORE
placing your bid. If you plan to have a buyer's
inspection, please make sure you inspect
the vehicle prior to auction ending. Buyer
is responsible for any and all inspection
charges and fees.
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description,
this vehicle is sold "as is." No
representations or warranties are made by
seller, nor are any representations or warranties
relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's
warranties may still apply. Extended warranties
may be available.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and
end an auction early should the vehicle no
longer be available for sale.
BID RETRACTIONS
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will
be recognized within 12 hours of auction
ending. Seller will not be obligated to sell
in the event of a late retraction.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BIDDERS
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback
bidders. This auction is for serious bidders
only. We reserve the right to cancel any
bids we believe to be erroneous.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDER
After auction has ended, the winning bidder
will be contacted via e-mail or he/she must
contact seller via e-mail or telephone within
24 hours to proceed with delivery arrangements.
NON-PAYING BIDDER
If the balance is not paid in full within
7 business days following the close of the
auction, we reserve the right to re-list
the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next
highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Non-payment will also result in negative
feedback on eBay as well as full legal repercussions.
