We understand the fear of purchasing a vehicle without ever seeing it. PLEASE call us, we will always tell you what we know about a vehicle. Look at our feedback and you will get an idea of how our customers like doing business with us.
We strive to sell the best used trucks at the lowest possible prices. Collectively our truck experience goes well over 30 years between Steve and me. Our goal is to supply hard to find quality equipment, at reasonable prices. If for some reason you don’t like the product you bid on we do not expect you to purchase something you don’t want. So if you make a mistake and make a bid you don’t feel comfortable with, nobody is going to put any pressure on you to make good on your bid. However if you are not sure about a vehicle before you bid, PLEASE feel free to call us any time. If you have any questions about a truck we have available, we encourage you to contact us for more details. If after we discuss any questions you may have, we do expect you to keep your word on a bid. Even then if something happens you cannot perform on your bid, we’ll still be friends. We have an extensive list of satisfied customers and we work hard to keep our sterling reputation intact. We have NO DOC FEES, or other hidden charges, which are nothing more than additional dealer profit.
We do a CarFax on all trucks we offer on E-Bay. Be sure and follow the link we provide for you to get a report on the vehicle we are selling. (If there is no link, it is because we must have accidently left it off the ad, so again, give us a call.)
We do a Missouri Vehicle Inspection on all vehicles we offer. Inspection includes: brakes, tires, glass, exhaust system, wiper blades, turn signals, brake lights and running lights. We service them with new oil and filter, top off all fluid levels, check and replace air filters if needed, check and replace transmission oil if needed. If any maintenance items show excessive wear, such as brakes, tires, wiper blades, etc., even if they can still pass inspection, we replace them.
We sell most of our trucks to folks who call us and negotiate an acceptable deal prior the end of the sale. If this truck is the truck for you, you may be better served to give us a call. We will share our reserve prices with you, and happy to talk pricing on any truck in stock.
