The car is in immaculate condition. I have upgraded many of the car's features. The headlights have been changed with HID  xenon  lights with ballasts. The back taillights have been changed to the Euro clear style to give it a new model look. I have inserted into the fenders the M3 chrome grills like the newer body style versions. The auto shift knob has been changed to stainless steel with the M3 logo. The car has the stainless steel racing pedals with the M3 logo on them. The steering wheel is a brand new 2nd generation three spoke wheel with chrome insert. The car comes with a $1200 custom sound system. It has a 2-way Viper alarm installed. The windows are tinted 20%. The carpet mats are new with the M logo. Performance wise, everything is pretty much stock except for the Conforti intake system which came complete with chip. This alone retails for $1100.00 and added 27 h.p. The brake rotors have been upgraded to Brembo drilled rotors. The brake pads are brand new OEM M3 pads. The tires are about 80%.
