We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

**FUNDS MUST BE WIRE TRANSFER OR CERTIFIED FUNDS

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES IN THEIR APPLICABLE STATE. WE CHARGE A $169.00 PROCESSING FEE ON EVERY TRANSACTION. BUYER MUST PAY A LOCAL COUNTY GROSS RECEIPTS TAX OF .0015% OF PURCHASE PRICE. (EXAMPLE) A $10000 DOLLAR PURCHASE=$15.00.

DEPOSIT TERMS:
A DOWN-PAYMENT OF 10% (NON-REFUNDABLE) DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24-HOURS OF THE AUCTIONS COMPLETION (END DATE). The remaining balance must be paid within 7-days of the auction end date. If payment is not received in this time the vehicle can be sold to the next highest bidder, or any other potential buyer at seller's discretion.

THE MAXIMUM CREDIT CARD payment we are able to accept is $3,000 dollars per each automobile purchase.

ALL FUNDS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A WIRE TRANSFER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make certain that you check the (Registrar of imported vehicles) to make certain the vehicle you are buying meets all Canadian specifications. There website is www.riv.ca. It is the buyers responsibility to verify the compatibility of the vehicle to CANADIAN specifications PRIOR to the auctions completion. ALL Recall clearance letters are the responsibility of the BUYER. We have experience with border requirements and are happy to assist with documentation, 72 hours notice, and manufacturer's recall requirements. However, ALL paperwork relevant to border crossing, is 100% the buyers responsibility. Seller CANNOT be held responsible for ANY export issues OR problems that may occur. Again check with the appropriate Canadian registrar before consummating this transaction.

1. In the event that there is a dispute that cannot be resolved, ALL disputes relating to this vehicle (transaction) shall be resolved in Stafford County Va. Each party shall bare there own costs and attorney fees and the Law of the commonwealth of the state of Virginia shall apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. Please understand that these vehicles are all PRE-OWNED and occasionally we are NOT furnished with multiple-keys, books, remotes, cartridges, top-boots, records etc. If we have these items we will certainly pass them to the buyer. Otherwise the seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these items. Feel free to contact us while the auction is LIVE and we will be happy to indicate what is available.

By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel any and or all existing bids (AT SULLIVANS AUTO TRADING INC.'S) discretion, and END the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
