Up for action is a 1995 Camplite popup camper with pull out. This camper was bought last year from my boss and we only used it twice. We no longer have the time to use it so maybe somebody else can get some use out of it.
The camper has a pull out that makes into a dining area or a sleeping area. It has electric hook up, sink, water hook up, refrigerator, and stove. I can’t tell you for sure if these items work as we never used them. Where we camp is rustic and there are no hook ups of any type. The propane tank still has some gas in to but I don’t know how long it has been in there.
The tires are in good shape and all the running lights seem to work. The canvas is in really good shape with no tears. There are however some small holes (about the size of a pencil eraser) in one of the screens.
The canopy is in good shape with no holes and all the poles to set it up. I don’t have the handle to use to jack it up and level it. I always used a heavy duty screwdriver. It works pretty well when much leveling isn’t needed. There is a spare tire but it is flat. The top was redone about 2 years ago because the air unit on top started to leek. It has since been removed. There is also an extra length of power cord in the camper just in case the one there can’t reach.
The refrigerator from what I gather runs off gas or electric. Don’t know for sure we never used it. Floors are in really good shape (solid). If I had to rate this camper on a scale of 1 to 10 I would honestly have to rate it an 8 just because of over all condition for a camper of this age.
Payment is to be made in full no longer than 5 days after end of auction. There will be a 100.00 deposit that is non refundable due within 24 hours of end of auction. If item is not picked up within 5 days of end of auction it will be relisted. All moneys paid down will be forfeited.
I will not ship this is a pick up item only. Upon pick up of item the rest of payment is due by cash or cashiers check no personal checks or money orders excepted.
I also have this item for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
In the case of nonpayment I will send a second chance notice to the runner up as long as reserve has been met. I will not tell anybody what the reserve is so don’t ask it isn’t fair to others. I have more pictures if you need them just ask.

I have a good rep on eBay as far as selling or buying and I’d like to keep it that way. I have told you everything that I can think of for this item and it has been described to the best of my knowledge.
