About The Builder: His name is Charles Williams and lives in Warner Robbins, Georgia. I found him to be really nice man and know more about bikes, motors and transmissions than anyone I have met. He told me a few years back he lost on leg when in a bike accident and I felt the reason he built this bike has something to do with the ease of the operations. But, it does not stop him at all and works full time repairing jets at the air force base near Macon, Georgia ….He is really a nice man and parted with this because he wanted to get a Corvette for his son.
Now let me let him tell you something about himself: I was building motorcycles before there was an Orange County Chopper using West Coast Choppers parts, back in 1995 right after I lost my leg in a motorcycle accident. The work is something I enjoy doing and a lot of time my youngest son helps. The parts are a combination of Harley and Chevy got to be American made you know. The speed I've had it to 120 and she was just purring down the road, top speed I don't know. The frame fabrication, I got the frame from a guy in Tennessee but he had it to top heavy and looked strange. A friend of mine and me started cutting, bending and welding until it felt like a motorcycle. My wife knew I wanted to get back in the wind and gave me a budget to get a trike she thought I could get a Harley Trike, way out of the budget I had. I have never had a bike like someone else had so why with my trike. The only mistake is the paint job should have gone black with old school flames. One of the main reasons I'm letting this trike go is while building my wife heard the motor and said this one is going to hurt you or kill you and I've spent enough time in a hospital watching over you. I guess it's time to start working on a maybe building 4 wheel toys with doors.
My Experience: It’s been a long time on a bike but knew where the clutch, brakes and how to ride one. The last automatic bike I think was s Cushman back in the 60s. So on the trip back from Macon we took it off the trailer and crank it up….DAM about scare me to death seemed as loud as a NASCAR Event. I got on it and started up the road after I got use to it I drove it around I285 here in Atlanta. Let me tell you the THUMPS UPS outnumbered the one I get when I drive the VIPER. She handles hard the way she should with the long front and big tires. But dang what a ride, fast, smooth, stands out, shines pretty even it the picture before detail you see on this site. She has big and as long as a car. HOSS Bike sale for over $100,000.00 but you can have the same ride, speed and envy by getting this one at a far less price.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Collectorique' Cool Cars Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Collectorique' Cool Cars Inc. as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Collectorique' Cool Cars Inc. .
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
Collectorique' Cool Cars Inc. will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Ronald E. Mullinax at Collectorique' Cool Cars Inc. by e-mailronmullinax@aol.com or phone (678) 708-0200xOffice within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank to bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
Fee and Tax Information: The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within two business days of the close of the auction to secure the sale. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment Methods: Paypal, Cash in person, certified check, bank to bank wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. Fees and Taxes: Georgia buyers/residents will be required to pay for all applicable state, county, and city taxes and fees along with title/registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. There is a $349.00 transfer fee to cover the cost of the transfer and paper work. This fee includes full service on cars delivered as well as being detailed.
