Ceramization
is a new technology, which provides for regenerate engines, gearboxes,
differentials and other devices, where metal to metal friction occurs.
A ceramic layer is formed owing to combination and diffusion of
ceramizer particles with metal particles moving about in oil. What
seems rather unusual is the fact that there is no need for dismantling
of the device. The process of regeneration and building of a ceramic
layer takes place automatically, already after 200 km/ 125 miles from
the moment of adding of the product (engine additive, gearbox additive)

How does it work?
Regeneration with the use of ceramizer® means restoration of
nominal dimensions and correct geometry of contacting surfaces in
mechanisms where friction occurs by creating a ceramic - metal layer
with unique properties. The regeneration is performed without
disassembling the affected units, during their normal operation. It is
sufficient to add the ceramizer® to oil (in the engine, gearbox, power
drive systems) or to fuel (to enrich the fuel). The thermodynamic
processes occurring on rubbing surfaces cause that a ceramic - metal
layer is created in these surfaces, in particular in used (worn) spots.
The overgrow stabilises along with the decrease of friction factor that
results in optimization of apertures of rubbing details – once nominal
dimensions are reached, it stops with the surfaces reconstructed almost
ideally. This means that in used (worn) spots and spots with scratches,
a thicker layer is being restored than in less worn spots, which in
turn results in restoration of the required geometry of rubbing
details. In order to increase friction, the driver should not exceed
2,700 rpm for the first 200 km of driving (the lower rpm is, the higher
friction in engine and the more effective creation of the coating of
cermet is).

Instructions of use for engineCERAMIZER
is recommended for reconditioning four-stroke combustion engines,
regenerating surfaces of the rubbing metal parts and magnetizing oil.
The
proper use of ceramizer will result in improvement of vehicle
performance, increase of level compression on all cylinders, reduction
of oil and fuel consumption, reduction of vibration and noise, decrease
of toxic emissions, extended the life of engine as well as extended oil
change intervals. Neither ceramizer clog filters nor block oil
channels, as its particles are extremely small by diameter, so they can
be freely transferred all throughout filters. Ceramizer does not
affect the oil at all. Its viscosity and composition remain the
same.The oil is used as as a means of delivery of active nano
particles into the internal, metal and rubbing parts of the engine. Reconditioning
of the metal parts with the use of Ceramizer takes place in normal
operating conditions without the need to dismantle them. Metal-ceramic
layers of unique qualities cover all, especially exploited surfaces
leading to the restoration of an ideal geometry of the rubbed surfaces.

- Ceramizer is suitable with
all types of oil and for combustion engines (petrol engines, supplied
by gas, diesel, turbocharged engines and these with catalyzed fumes).

- Lowered dose of Ceramizer will not give the expected results.
- Increased dose does not cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process.
- Ceramizer can be used in every stage of exploitation, best just after the oil exchange.
- During
the whole process of ceramizing (1500 km / 900 miles) the oil should
not be changed. The next oil change should be done when required.
- Use Ceramizer as a preventive measure to protect the engine against friction and extend it's operating life.
Frequently Asked Questions
1.Does 5 ml dosage of Ceramizer provide for efficient regeneration of an engine, a
rear axle or a gearbox?
Dosage is perfectly and carefully selected and made up to make for
regeneration fiction area of an engine( tubes, rings, a camshaft, an
oil pump parts) and gear friction area. Small dosage (5 ml) of an
additive result oil level increase in an engine, a real axle, a
gearbox. Furthermore they do not contain large amount of a filler and
at the same time do not cause change of an oil properties (they are no
an oil thickeners, motodoctors).
2.Why motor oil manufacturers do not sell an oil with Ceramizers?
Main reasons:
- Not every user is willing to apply an oil with Ceramizer –namely to follow
instructions regarding driving at low revelation speed of an engine within 200 km.
- Other point is very common issue why car manufacturers or other producers of
other devices do not make durable products, although it is technologically possible.
Besides it is not within interest of oil manufacturers to sell it with Ceramizer as after
application of this additive an oil consumption got decreased (other point is that it
would result in increase of an oil price).
- Do I have any guarantee that the positive results follow after application of
Ceramizer?
Application of Ceramizer result in increase and leveling of compression
pressure on cylinders and indirectly reduces an oil consumption if it
is caused by (reduced final compression pressure and an excessive oil
consumption) worn and torn assembly of a cylinder tube- piston rings,
but within normal operation wear limits (that is no threshold wear and
tear of these elements follow and any piston ring is not damaged or
blocked). If any an oil loss follow due to valve sealers, they shall be
replaced with new ones (there are no friction metal against metal and
as a result a ceramic layer may not be formed).
- How this additive performance may be compared to other products like Militec,
Xeramic or Motor-Life? Are these products similar regarding operation? Can I
apply Ceramizer and what operations shall I carry out if previously other additive
has been applied?
The
products listed above (Xeramic or Motor-Life) are by no means
equivalents for our products. Our additive is acts as a Ceramizer of
areas subjected to friction – on an area a ceramic-metal layer is being
formed. This way it provides for regeneration of metal against metal
area. Ceramizers are not thickeners of an oil or motodoctors (one
dosage of 5 ml) and effects due to application of Ceramizer will
maintain after change of an oil (in case of an engine within up to 70
000 km). Application of Ceramizer will be more effective if previously
no other additives and formulas were used that result in forming of
anti-friction layers .
Prior to application of Ceramizer we recommend to remove any previously
formed layers. It may be done during routinely operation but it takes
quite a time (period of at least 2 oil changes). Nevertheless
Ceramizers may be applied if earlier on other additives have been used,
but in fact it will take more time to form a ceramic-metal layer.
- There are a lot of available oil and fuel additives and formulas on the market and
on the Internet. How to select the proper one?
While selecting the product it is very important to consider the following:
- amount of an additive- the more volume of an additive the more probable that it is
ordinary an oil thickener;
- number of reliable tests and analysis attesting to efficiency of an additive;
- number of positive opinion of users;
- application of this product in motor sport;
- product shall be free from Teflon (PTFE).
- Does application of Ceramizer result in positive effects
if large oil consumption is due to (1 liter per 3 000km) valve sealers
and pistons rings (16 v. engine)wanted replacement . Does application
of an additive in this case provide for decrease of an oil consumption?
A ceramic-metal layer formed during action of an additive makes for
enhances tightness of rings and a tube, but in case of valves sealers
(valve guides) it is quite another case- as there the layer is not
formed (no metal against metal friction). Sealers shall be replaced and
tightness efficiency of rings and a cylinder depends on wear and tear
of rings. If threshold wear follows it is recommended to apply much of
an additive and as a matter of fact it does not have a sense. Besides
mostly an oil deficiency (except of the above mentioned sealers of
guide) follow due to damage or significant wear and tear of shoveling
rings –they are of a special construction and in case of no more
shelves (collecting edges) it in necessary to replace cooperating parts
(rings, a piston, a cylinder). Ceramizery are not expensive so it is
worth trying as certainly it will not result in negative results.
- Does application of Ceramizers result in negative effects
for major engine repair (polishing etc.)? Does an additive provide for
clogging of an oil canals ?
Application of Ceramizer does not result in any negative effects, including technology.
- What makes Ceramizers better than Teflon formulas?
Speaking about Teflon layers it is mainly polymers ( plastic) that
besides a low friction ratio does not provide for anything else.
Besides they are not resistant to thermal conditions in an engine and
after some time chains of polymers got broken to form other materials
whose particles settle in an oil canals what results in damages. A
company that launched these products on the market does not recognize
this product any more, and other products usually come from other
producers. Application of Teflon pose no risk only for not overloaded
gears. Ceramizers according to meaning of its name make for forming of
ceramic-metal layer of unusual strength and resistance to temperature
and friction. Furthermore they are characterized by very lo friction
ratio (10 times stronger than steel and friction ratio is 8 times lower
than metal-against metal pair). Durability of ceramic-metal layer
corresponds to coaled surfaces and in under guarantee for distance of
70 000km, but in fact they are durable for 150 000km.
Besides Ceramizers additionally contain ingredients (GP parts) that
make for enhancement of an oil physical properties in scope of its

- Can this additive be applied into Diesel, TDI, GDI engines or engines with gas installation?

OPINIONS: Audi A4 (1996)
I am very glad to share my observations. I applied Ceramizer for 2.6 V6
engine of my Audi A4 from 1996. This vehicle was not roadworthy within
2 years after road accident and stayed outside. The car made 120 000
km. After repair of the right front and one of head, technical staff
advised me to protect the engine with any available formula. I searched
for some information and chose “Ceramizer” from many available
products. After making 20 000 km I decided to check the engine at Audi
Service Centre. Findings confirmed that the engine was in 100% good
working order and had standard parameters.

consumption in my BMW 425 24v decreased from 12.5 L to 9.5L Ford Mondeo (1994)
I decided to apply Ceramizer to an engine oil in my 12 year old Ford
Mondeo. After making 3 000 km I noticed that the engine operation was
more noiseless , in particular on idle gear, and fuel economy got
improved by 0,5l per 100 km. Now I going to apply Ceramizer purposed

I applied an additive into 10 year old Honda Accord 2.0 1.6V according
to manufacturer guidelines as the car consumed much oil. After making
1500 km an oil consumption got reduced by far, compression pressure
increased minimally, fuel consumption did not change, but much easier
starting.
Now I can say it was money well spent.

I made 1000 km and I really notice a quite better engine operation. Not
only it is more noiseless but it starts faster and has got more power
as well. I want to add that I applied this additive into my Merc 124
2.6 from 1989 with mileage of 300 000 km. This is an amazing product
and for sure I will apply it into my second car!!
Nissan Primera (2003)
I possess Nissan Primera, year 2003 2.2 turbo diesel with mileage of
120 000 km. I bought the whole set before Easter. During maintenance
operations I added ceramizer into my gearbox oil, an aiding system, a
petrol. I did not apply it into an engine at once after an oil change,
as according to instructions is should be done after making 1000 km so
decided to wait. After making 300 km a gearbox operation improved and I
noticed no more problems on 2 and 3 gear, what was very irritating.
Speaking about Ceramizer for fuel, after its application a smoke
disappeared while pressing down an accelerator, and the engine got more
power. I can not say about ceramizer for an aiding system, as I did not
notice any change. As a matter fact an aiding system operated properly
and I applied ceramizer just to ensure long and correct operation. But
WHAT A SURPRISE IT WAS TO OBSERVE RESULTS AFTER MAKING THIS 1 000 KM
REGARDING AN ENGINE OPERATION. What a difference. I notice enhanced
parameters at once as I was coming back from England. At German
highways I experience a significant difference after making this 1 500
km required for ceramization coat to form. To be sure I applied a one
more dose into fuel (to get better effects), and I do not know if it
was necessary but my engine got regenerated. I torn along at about
150-180 km/h all the way through Germany so around some hours at this
speed. Maximum speed of this car is 193 km/h and I achieved 200km/h and
I knew that I could make more. But I did not do that as one of my tyres
was worn. Besides power the engine got more flexibility, and on 5 gear
I may accelerate from 1 000 revolutions upward, so practically from low
revolutions. Superb. I will apply ceramizer during the next oil change.
Opel Astra (1998)
I poured Ceramizer into a gearbox of my Opel Astra, year 1998 and with
mileage of 270 000 km. I work as a mechanic and I have got a 10 year
experience but I have never ever seen anything like this. This really
works!!! The engine drone died away completely only after making 600

VW Passat (1995)
VW PASSAT 1.9 TDI B4 1995 – mileage of 280.000 km
Application of gearbox Ceramizer
Reason: Problems with shifting into first gear. After change of an oil
(Mobil synthetic) and adding an additive much better operation of gears
followed. After making 200 km during a month the problem was completely
solved and nor more blocking. Let me add that a discharged oil in
opinion of my mechanic was kind of fresh so the result was not due to a
new oil.
