You are bidding on a 1956 Nash Metropolitan with 60,076 original miles located in Selinsgrove, PA 17870. This car is in fair to good condition with many new parts (radiator, shocks, plugs/points) and would make a great project car. Runs well and can be driven daily. Original engine/trans/rear end. Repainted about 10 years ago but not original paint. Always garaged but it does have some minor rust, dents and scrathes - but nothing major. The interiors needs work as well as all of the rubber. I am the third owner and have owned it for the last eight years. Buyer is responsible for state inspection for highway use (it has never failed inspection). The vehicle is sold as is; where there is no warranty, expressed, written, or implied. As the seller, I will not be responsible for for the correct description, authenticity, genuiness, or defects, and make no warranty therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the vehicle and to satisfy him or herself as to the condirion and value and to bid based upon judgement soley. I will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to sale. A $500.00 deposit is required with 48 hours of the end of sale. The balance must be paid within 5 days by cash, cashiers check or personal check. If paying by personal check, the vehicle will not be released until the check clears my bank.
