I purchased this unit to use in my work vehicle and the company put the screaming halts to it. So I had to go with a portable unit instead. I opened the package (cause I 'thought' I was gonna install it). I've had it sitting around now for almost a year. It has never been installed or activated. The antenna is missing...don't ask...I have no friggin clue what happened to it...but everything else is in the package (This was checked against the included items list in the instructions)..so yes...everything else is there, just not the antenna. This unit DOES NOT fit the new LAN Bus system found in a few 07 & 08 GM vehicles...you must have the Class 2 Bus. Check out the application chart here.
