I  encourage you to inspect the vehicle in person.  I will provide any numbers or photos requested (within reason). I will gladly take you for a test drive.  You are welcome to have the car independently inspected.  The inspection must be done by appointment and PRIOR to the end of the auction.  The winning bid and payment are NOT contingent upon an inspection after the auction has ended. 

The winning bidder must contact the seller within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  A $1000.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due at that time.  The deposit can be placed on a credit card.  The remaining balance must be paid within SEVEN DAYS in the form of cash, cashiers check or bank wire transfer,unless you contact me and make other arrangements.Seller reserves the right to refuse any type of payment the seller deems questionable. 

  The vehicle is for sale locally.  It is subject to sale prior to the end of the auction.  The seller reserves the right to end the auction at any time for any reason. Seller also reserves the right to cancel any bid or block any bidder whose feedback or bid history is questionable. By bidding on this item you agree to these terms.
