Due to flaky prospective buyers, this car is once again up for bid (for the third time!)

This little Datsun would be a nice vehicle from which to build a racer, or just rebuild it as original and have a car that gets about 40 MPGs.

 I bought this 1200 about 2 years ago along with another one, plus some parts, thinking I'd make 1 runner for myself, but health problems have gotten in the way; therefore, someone else can have a go at it. I do have the pink slip, signed by the previous owner, but was waiting to register it in my name until after the rebuild.

It has a standard 4-speed transmission. I know nothing more about the running gear, but think it needs an engine and rear end. It has minimal rust, as it has spent its life in the Sacramento, CA area. Though it is pictured with 13" wheels we mounted to move it, four original 12" wheels go with the car. Needs new seats/covers. Headliner is OK. I am selling it as a PROJECT CAR, and make NO GUARANTEES regarding condition.  Email me if you live nearby and wish to come take a look at it.
