TERMS OF SALE
High bidder must make a $500.00 deposit (credit card or certified funds) within 24 hours of the end of auction and make arrangements for full payment within 7 days. Payment must be wire transfer, bank check, certified funds, or financing arranged with Crestview RV Superstore, Selma, Texas. Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. Original title documents may take up to 21 days. Texas residents must pay current sales tax and registration fees. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible applicable State of Texas and dealer fees, and are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. Should you finance through Crestview, we are obligated by law to collect your local sales tax and registration fees and send them to your local DMV.
PICKUP: A 48 hour notice is required before picking any RV.
ENDING OF AUCTION: Seller reserves the right to end auction early at anytime if vehicle sells by other means. Also, we will selectively e-mail prospective buyers to confirm bids. If we receive no response, we may choose to cancel your bid.
