I have owned the plane for a short period of time but don't let
that scare you away because this plane is solid and should provide someone with
several years of enjoyment on 5.5 to 6 gallons per hour. Feel free to
bring your mechanic to inspect the airplane to your satisfaction. The
aircraft is located at Richard Arthur Field (M95) in Fayette, Alabama. I
own the airplane outright and there are no lien holders.
The paint was done in 1994 and is in average condition.
The interior has been recently upgraded and is in great condition. The
windshield was replaced at the last annual inspection in May, 2008. The
next annual is due in May, 2009. The most recent annual inspections were
performed by a professional shop and were very extensive ranging anywhere from
$3500 to $5200 with no expense spared.
Delivery can be arranged at the expense of the buyer and it figures out around one dollar per
statute mile give or take. I have a ferry pilot
sitting on ready to deliver this plane to your airport.
