- All sales are subject to a flat $150 dealer services fee and a Texas
Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .002115 of the purchase price. Ex.
$10,000 purchase = $21.15 VIT Taxes.
- There is a $49 vehicle prep fee which includes detailing the
vehicle, inspecting the vehicle, and checking tires and fluids before
shipment or sale.
- Our dealer services and vehicle preparation fees are collected by
Texas Direct Auto and are not required by law.
- Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration / inspection
fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their
home state.
- The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST. We can help
arrange shipping worldwide at resonable rates, please contact your sales

- These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as 'As Is' condition.
However, some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an

this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in
conducted in Ft. Bend County, Texas.
