We accept certified checks, money orders, wire transfers, postal orders, and
personal checks (all funds must be clear before delivery of vehicle).  The winning
bidder must contact Lamborghini Dallas sales department at  (972) 381-4000
and send a deposit of 10% within 72 hours of the auction close. We reserve the
right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer
be available for sale.  All vehicles are sold "AS IS" without any implied warranty from Lamborghini Dallas.  Many late model vehicles will still have the remainder of the  original manufacturer's transferable limited warranty--please ask if the vehicle has remaining factory warranty before bidding if you are unsure.  Understand that all pre-owned vehicles have some signs of previous road use, usually but not always commensurate with mileage.  We try to describe our vehicles as accurately as possible in our listings and we welcome your personal visit to the dealership and/or a pre-paid pre-purchase inspection.  This is especially important on vintage models since they will often be more maintenance intensive than modern vehicles and less often driven by their previous owners. 

Fee and Tax Information: All winning bids are subject to a Dealer Inventory Tax which is equal to .2096% of the actual winning bid.  If you are a Texas resident, then you are required to pay all state and local taxes, doc fees, title fees and registration fees.  Payment in full must be received within 7 business days of auction close.
  eBay is an auction so we do not disclose our reserve while the auction is in
progress.  All the automobiles in our inventory are for sale now, and we reserve
the right to end the auction at any time without notice.  Please have funds
available or financing pre-approved before bidding.  By bidding, you are entering
into a legal contract with Lamborghini Dallas.  We will not accept bids from eBay
