This is a nice motor home,title is on my name ,and registration is good through may 2009, the 42,023 miles that shows on the pictures are for real,the tires are good enough to ride on the free way,the spare is not so good , but i have two more  michelin tires that will go with the motor home, the size of the tire is rare , 17- 1/2 , and they are in good shape so the ones in the motor home,there is more things to say about the r.v , the pictures will show more then anything i can say,it has no generator, but you can get one  for about $ 600.00dlls, it has refrigerator,kitchen,toilet, shower, sleeps 4 or more, all sits are fine ,all the wood in the motor home is hand crafted which looks beautiful,the bed on top needs a sleeve,the a/c works on front of the van, the a/c on the roof seems to be fine too,has new battery, it was leaking a bit of water on the front bed but i sealed that leak, it needs a good clean up on the carpet but the carpet it"s still good, lot"s of space to keep things and cloths on the shelfs, the kitchen is nice and in good shape too,one awning ,all the doors are fine too, i have  all the keys for the front and side doors, there will be no warranty at all , but feel free to take it home with you running,if you need to know more about it you can feel free to call me any time , i will answer all your questions , 858-717-5422, the motor home is in the san diego area,  and will be for sale localy, if so i will remove it  inmediatly,ask for armando , thanks for looking and happy biting
