This is a clean and well kept, Florida driven, 2 owner, 2002 Volvo S40 1.9 Liter Turbo. We ran an AutoCheck History Report and this vehicle qualifies for there Buyback Protection! This great good looking sports sedan was taken in on trade. We had this S40 Turbo inspected and she is ready to go, needs a new owner/driver. The tires are in good condition. As you can clearly see the exterior still shines like the Florida Sun and has no major dents, dings or scratches, (see pics) normal wear and tear. There was some paint work for a few minor scratches etc. No worries she looks great. The interior smells fresh, and seems to be a nonsmoker. There are no major rips, tears or fading and shows normal signs of wear, looks really nice (see pics). There is an AM/FM CD with this beautiful S40 (not shown). This 2002 Volvo S40 is in very good condition for the year and the miles are low. I personally drove this beautiful car, and mechanically she runs, drives and handles very nice!! I was very impressed with the way she drove and handled around town and on the highways with these custom alloy wheels and low profile tires!!!!

Volvo's S40 and V40 bring this Swedish marque to more affordable levels. Think of the S40 as 100 percent Volvo in a new economy size. It's the Volvo that's easiest to afford. Its turbocharged engine performs like a V6 and it has terrific brakes. It comes with Volvo's well designed interior ergonomics. And the company's commitment to crash protection and driving safety.

When you bid & win our auction you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above, so please consider your bid carefully before placing it. For more information, please review eBay's terms which every eBay member accepted during registration.

If you do not follow through with your winning bid, you will be responsible for our eBay listing and re-listing fees ($300.00), so please consider this before you bid! Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All nonpaying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and legal actions will be taken.

Please bid only what you are willing to pay plus our service fee. If we run a reserve auction and it is not met, we may contact the high bidder to offer a second chance option or relist the vehicle. Because we auction our vehicles at wholesale and no reserve we add a service fee. All sales will include a $399.00 service fee for titling, courier and other expenses incurred to complete your auction.

Payment:

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for deposit of $500.00 at that time. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. We accept cash on delivery, cashiers check, money orders or bank wire transfers only.

If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

"Please Note" We do not accept full payment on vehicles with credit cards.

Title Information:

Titles to vehicles are sometimes held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans or payoffs. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the title up to 14 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles unless otherwise stated. In some cases we will hold titles until cashiers check or other types of bank checks clear unless other arrangements were made. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.

Florida & Non Florida State Sales Tax:

Florida residents must pay sales tax @ 6% on all vehicles sold by us. Please be advised, The state of Florida (DMV) has changed, there is a new fee added by the state of Florida (DMV) and it is called an "Electronic Tag File Fee" ($99.00) and it is for any temp. tag issued by us. We are required to collect this fee if we issue you a temp. tag only and sales tax before delivery of any vehicle. A 30 day temp. tag will be issued by DMV Electronically and we are authorized by them to issue this tag, this is for a temp. tag only not a transfer of an existing tag. NO EXCEPTIONS! Registration will be sent U.S Mail unless other means were arranged. Title will be mailed to you from The state of Florida (DMV).

Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax if you have your vehicle shipped or towed. If the vehicle is shipped or towed this will apply. If you decide to come and pick up the vehicle we can issue you a 30 day Florida temp. tag but we must charge you sales tax. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that tax, this includes all states and Canada. Shipping And Pick Up Information:

We are available for deliveries Monday through Friday between 11am - 5:00pm. Please plan your flight arrangements & airport pickups during these times, and make sure you tell us before you make reservations. We are sorry, but we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Please note, that due to an unusual amount of closings our deliveries may be delayed. We may require up to 72 hours after an auction closing before a vehicle can be delivered because of final detail and get ready limitations.

We will be more then happy to help assist you with shipping arrangements. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be paid to the shippers.
