The terms and conditions of the transactions are as follows:
Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after
the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
Within 48 HOURS following the end of auction, a
$500.00 deposit shall be received
in the form of credit card checks, cashiers-check, Paypal or certified funds. If a deposit is not received, and an
alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to
other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come,
first serve basis.
All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS
after auction ends. If transaction is not completed within this time, the
buyer can risk losing their deposit.
We have disclosed as much information as possible and we
welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please
make sure you inspect the vehicle before the auction ends. (Buyer will pay for
inspection charges and fees).
Seller accepts cashiers-checks, credit card checks, certified funds, or "drafts"
from known financial institutions.
Florida buyers pay 6% tax plus county surtax. Buyers outside
of Florida pay for applicable taxes in your state.
We can assist with shipping. Buyer(s) are responsible for
shipping costs.
We will pick up buyer(s) coming into Tampa at TPA
International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) Airport during
regular office hours.
We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our
discretion. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for
any reason.
We can not guarantee any audio or video systems. This includes
CD Players, Cassette Players, Speakers, Amplifiers, AM/FM Stereos, Video/TV
