Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A NONE refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. The funds(casheirs checkes, money orders, bank wire transfers, personal checkes) must clear(be available) in our bank before we release the vehicles(usualy 4-7 business days). PAY PAL IS FOR DEPOSITS ONLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FULL PAYMENTS THOUGH THE PAY PAL. THE PAY PAL DEPOSIT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED TO YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT UPON RECEIVING OF THE FULL PAYMENT. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2001 or with more than 100K miles. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
We buy most of our cars from new car dealers, and in some cases the dealer has to make a payoff to the finance company and wait for the title, wich could be delayed up to 30 days. So far this has only happened a few times on cars we have sold on eBay.
All vehicls may be driven during an auction in the normal cours of our business and could have a little more miles than listed in the auction.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

You are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We attempt to fix or repair all vehicles prior to offering them for sale. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, however there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections which might include books, manuals, service records, extra set of keys or remote key. We give you what comes with the vehicle when we purchase it. If there is more then one key or extra remote you will get it. We describe to the best of our ability the percentage of tire tread left on the vehicle. Also, sometimes tires are mismatched (different brand names) we in no way will be held liable.
If you are expecting a pre-owned vehicle to be absolutely perfect please do not bid!
Florida law requires any vehicle 10 years or older is to be sold as "mileage exempt." Any mileage listed is based on the actual reading on the speedometer. While the vehicle is being offered for sale, in some cases, the vehicle may be driven by the seller and actual miles may increase slightly. Also all jurisdiction of this transaction is in Broward County, Florida.
Please, you may spend anywhere from $100.00 to $500.00 on making small repairs or replacing minor missing parts such as radio knobs, floormats, tape players, power antenna's, alarm, cigarette lighters, manuals, reconditioning leather seats to a brand new condition etc. This also includes normal wear such as, shocks, brake rotors, brake pads, struts, belts, spark plug wires, spark plugs, wear on front end parts that include cv boots, bushings, (Not Broken Parts), front or rear end alignment or tire balancing. Please you may get your vehicle and the stereo (Radio) code might be on, this may happen because we sometimes disconnect the battery on most vehicles before delivery. We will not be held responsible.
Please be advised, we do not cover items such as shocks, struts, alignments, balancing, torn or ripped cv boots, spark plugs, spark plug wires, floormats, alarm systems working or not working, remotes for keyless entry, books and/or manuals, what type of stereo and/or cd players, how many keys and/or remotes. We sell our vehicles in perfect running mechanical condition unless otherwise stated. These items listed above are considered as normal wear and tear. On shipped vehicles any problems, issues or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle by email only!! Please no phone calls.
Note to all Buyers: please, be advised that at the time of local pick up after all Buyers thoroughly inspected the vehicle they bought and satisfied himself or herself as to the condition of it and would like to take possession of that vehicle at the time of local pick up, Buyer will be required to leave us a feedback on our eBay site before leaving the premises.
