Following are the US AUTO HOUSE Inspection Procedure Standards for all vehicle inspection.
- Overall Physical Condition of the vehicle has to be Good to Excellent.
- Interior must look Good to Excellent, no rips or fading or sign of abuse.
- Vehicle must Absolutely have no leaks of any kind, no Exceptions.
- Front End, Suspension and the Brakes must be in Good or Excellent Condition(few states may have a high standards on these area for a new-in-states registrations). No vibrations or noises, no pulling to sides.
- Engine must be Strong and Healthy, Transmission must shift smooth.
- Vehicle must be sound and free from any Electrical or Mechanical Defects.
- Vehicle should be Smog Compliance in all states(including California) for emissions.
- You will have new engine oil, oil filter and Air Filter, mandatory on all vehicles.
- For your safety we make sure the Tires are around 50% or better range.
- Extra keys, books and the floor mats are shown in the photos(if any).
- All non-Commercial vehicles will have Spare Tire and Jack Tools.
Please understand that you'll be purchasing a well kept vehicle for thousands below Book Retail Value and like any pre-owned vehicle there may be normal wear(small scratches, minor nicks, minor imperfections).
