THE GOOD.
This is a 3 owner boat, and has always been used in fresh water on The Great Lakes. The boat is in good condition and is ready to drop in the water.
The boat has a private forward cabin with a V-berth, and a private rear cabin with a Queen size bed. The galley is equiped with a 2 burner alcohol stove, 12v refridgerator & 110v microwave oven. The head features a sink, 12v electric toilet, and a shower. The boat has a 110v hot water heater on bord. There is also a holding tank, & a fresh water tank.
The hull is in excellent condition, ready to drop in the water. Both engines have had a spring tune up and are ready to go. There is approx. 800 hours on each engine.
The cockpit is bid & rooming with enough room for 6 adults comfortably and still has room to spare. The cockpit has full canvas in good condition (no rips or tears). A canvas storage cover is also included (has minor rips & tears), but very functional for winter storage.
Navigational equipment includes 12v dual trumpet horns, Ritchie Compass, Marine 2700 VHF radio, Micrologic GPS, Lowrance X3 LCD depth recorder.
The boat comes with fenders, lifejackets, flares (may be out of date),
THE BAD.
Some tears in the upolstry beside the helm. See pictures.
The seat back for 1/2 the drivers backrest is missing. (I have 1/2 and another can be easily made from plywood and upolstered).
The forward stateroom skylight is leaking, but I have the new seal (to be installed by winning bidder).
The forward stateroom cushions may need a good cleaning.
The cockpit upolstry needs a good cleaning.
I estimate $1000 to $2000 worth of work to make this boat like new. Less if you do the work yourself.
THE STORY.
This has been a great boat and hasn't given me any problems over the past 6 years, just tune-ups & cleaning. I am moving to the West Coast and have recently bought a bigger boat, so this one is for sale. Too expensive to ship accross the country.
It is on land, and can stay were it is while the new owner makes arrangements to have it moved; it is fine here for a few months if need be. It can even be worked on here.
The boat is being sold as is, where is.
I have a survey from 2002 when I purchased the boat. I have only put on 200 hours since then.

There is no trailer. If you are looking for a trailer for this boat, you will require a triple axle. The boat weighs 8200 pounds dry. Fully loaded, with water & fuel, at least 10,000 lbs, maybe more.
I usually hire a boat moving company to put it in the water at the begining of the season and take it out at the end of the season.
