This is a 31' Terry Trailer Travel Trailer made by Fleetwood and is a 1995.  It has a Roof A/C that works fine.  All electrical parts of the trailer work as we have plugged it into electricity.  We have not tried the gas or battery power.  It has a clear Florida Title.  Tires are in good condition.

IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS.  YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK IT UP IN PALM BAY, FLORIDA - WILL NOT DELIVER.

The refrigerator works on electric - we have not tried it on gas.  Sleeps 6 - all upholstery is in good condition.  The queen mattress in the bedroom is a little old - I would replace it.  The couch folds out into a bed.  The table in the dining area folds down and makes another bed.  The built in microwave works.  The bed is on a platform that raises in the front for storage underneath.  The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.  We have had water to the trailer and water pumps and faucets all seem to work fine.  Gas stove.  2 propane tanks and cover - the propane is empty and we do not want to put anymore money into it.  It also has a stereo system built in 1995 style.  Has a TV antenna on the roof.

Plenty of cabinets.

We bought it to use once in a while.  It has the leveling jacks with it.  Bidding starts at $800.00.

This trailer has the rubber roof system.  When we bought it we knew it had a slight leak in the back bedroom.  We followed directions of how to patch and coat the roof.  The bedroom seems to be fine now.  Some slight water damage to the back cabinets finish but the cabinets all work.

THE FOLLOWING is why we are selling it so cheap:  NOW it is leaking in the bathroom and frankly we are tired of messing with it.  We spent several hundred dollars on supplies to fix the roof and the leak changed places.  This needs someone with more experience with these rubber roofs than us!!  The trailer looks good and pulls good.  You are welcome and encouraged to come see it before you bid.  Also email with any questions.
