We require a $1,500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction.  The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time.  The deposit must be placed by either a major credit card, bank/wire transfer, or cash.  Once full payment has been received for the vehicle, the deposit will be refunded.  Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.  The full payment for the vehicle is due within 3 days of auction end.  Acceptable forms of payment for this include cash on delivery, certified check, cashiers check or a bank/wire transfer.  All funds must be in U.S. currency only.  Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100,000 miles.  Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.  Financing must be arranged prior to bidding.  If no contact is made by the buyer, we reserve the right to re-list the vhicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.  We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.  Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle.  If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate.  You can locate shippers by doing an internet search for "auto shippers."  Vehicle may be sold by dealership before end of auction.  Auto King has described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability.  However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective.  Therefore, we recommend that the potential buyer fly out to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing purchase or have a trusted inspection company provide a thorough description and inspection report.  All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition.  However, extended warranty options are available on most vehicles.  Please be advised that no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the condition of said vehicle.  We do not accept escrow, and all inspections must be done prior to delivery.  The only fee associated with the sale is a $299 processing fee which covers processing of paperwork, pre-vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, FedEx, etc.  Pertaining to non-Ebay winners, anyone with a deposit but the sale is pending financing, 3rd party inspection or any other contingency, the said vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time, until all contingencies are removed and a manager or owner accepts and signs the purchase order.
