Here is your chance to purchase Loaded XJ8L! This vehicle was owned by a Non-Smoker! Carfax is clean and the A/C is Cold! We could only find a few minor imperfections to mention on this vehicle. There is the common minor scratches around the gas door, a minor ding/dent on the hood and just a couple minor small scratches on the top of the vehicle. Since it is a jaguar, We tend to try and be a little over critical. There is also a small scuff on the grill and just below it. Please see photos but most of these items are so minor you probably cannot even see them in the photos. We took alot of photos to show as much detail as possible. The interior is in good shape with just some expected minor leather stress marks as is common with all jaguars of this age.

The Winter transmission buttons are missing in the photos right behind the shifter but we will be ordering replacement and have them installed before the vehicle is picked up.

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 3 days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 10 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash (In Person), Credit Card (deposit only) certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.

Fees and Taxes:

Each Vehicle Sold is subject to a document processing fee. If the final Bid price is under $2500 or less, the fee is $95. If the final price is over $2500, the fee is $125.(This fee are well below the average you will find on ebay.) As a courtesy to our prompt bidders, If your submit your deposit within 24 hours of the auction end, we will give you a $25 Discount on this fee. New York State buyers will be subject to a NEW YORK STATE INSPECTION FEE OF $37. Vehicles should be picked up within 10 days, Any vehicle left longer will be subject to a 15.00 per day storage fee after the 10th day. OUT OF STATE 30 day temporary Tags are available for vehicles being transported out of NY for a fee of $35(valid insurance for the vehicle being purchased must be provided). New York State Buyers are subject to NYS Sales Tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
