1984 2 Place Drifter, has all the bells & whistles,duel controls, rebuilt Rotax 503 (electronic ignition) with electric starter, BRS (ROCKET) Parachute, windscreen & pod, airspeed indicator, EGT, RPM, compass, Master switch, push button start, has position lights on both wings & tail, full electrical system, aircraft has always been inside & looks & flies like a dream, has racing performance 4 point (hooker) style seat belts front & back, has a one piece wing thats folds in the middle for quick breakdown, the aircraft is built like a tank & flies like a feather, the airplane needs washing on the top of the sails & i took photos of one area that we cleaned off, not faded just dusty from being inside, i have the logs for the ship with builders name & all info. about him & i also have the manuels, builders manuel & parts manuel (Factory books that came with the sale when it was new) original registration was N707PQ call 205-446-5032 for all info. you might need. sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. i reserve the right to end auction at any time as it is now listed elsewhere for sale.

On May-11-08 at 18:50:09 PDT, seller added the following information:N707PQ was the first Drifter evermade (the prototype) it was built better & stronger than anyone out there since there was only one built like this one, i knew there was something special about this airplane, it is built like a tank, A PIECE OF HISTORY !!! i have the engineers phone # & talked with him today & he put me up to speed on the History of this ship, also the original person who owned it, the PQ on the end of the N# is his initials, which to my understanding is Maxair who bought this design off of the man i talked to today which is the engineer & designer of this airplane, all historical records & information along with names & phone #s to back up what i have said here will go to the winning bidder.
