  • We do not accept Personal Checks or W.U. Please allow PayPal eCheck payments at least five (5) business days to clear.
  • Declared value (DV) and Signature Confirmation (SC) may not be reflected in the shipping calculator. DV is required for items over $100 and SC for items over $250.
  • As required by Kentucky state law, sales tax is required for all purchases terminating within the State of Kentucky.
  • Items will usually ship out within 3-5 business days (Mon - Fri) after payment confirmation (Large, fragile, and/or bulky items may take longer). Please allow 1-4 additional business days for transit by the carrier.
  • Checkout / payment must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction.
  • We ship via FEDEX, DHL or USPS unless otherwise stated in the description section of this listing. Our fees are determined by the weight AND dimensions of the package and also include first-quality materials and packing services.
  • Local Pick Up is available (unless otherwise indicated). Local pick ups must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days of the end of the auction.

    Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

    Our preferred shipping carriers:
    For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

    Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

    International Shipping: We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

    Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

    LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.ky0214@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee of $5.00.

    RETURN POLICY:
    Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction.

    If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at service.ky0214@i-soldit.com or (502) 582-5090 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.     Forms of Payment:
    We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders if preapproved. We do not accept personal checks or money wires.

    Tax:
    All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions.     Prompt Payment:
