You are bidding on an '87 Toyota Standard-Bed Base Pickup w/4-SPEED MT.
Bought as project truck, was planning on rebuilding engine but no more time to mess w/it, so its gotta go. 190k miles. 22R runs strong but smokes a little bit and LEAKS OIL. Carb has choke issues as well. Replaced battery, windshield, plugs, wires, cap & rotor, air filter. Haven't done anything else to it. Fires right up every time but runs a little rough. Muffler & center pipe rattles, haven't got around to replacing yet.
Drives OK. Clutch and brakes are OK, tires fair. Interior is clean but original seat is ripped up, have cover on it. Added a tach (see pics) and cd player/radio. Truck has factory A/C but it's not working, probably just needs a recharge. Has rear slider window.
Body is in reasonably good shape, no major dents or apparant damage, but has its share of dings and scratches as you would expect on this kind of truck with respect to its age. A few minor dents in front lower bumper assembly (see pics). Paint is faded. Some surface rust around the windows. Black heavy-duty bedliner. Twin-latch tailgate. Comes with white fiberglass topper (not pictured) if winning bidder wants it.
Truck is for sale as is, where is. Sorry, can't deliver, I don't have the time. It is road-worthy but NOT in perfect condition and WILL need some work to lengthen its life. I have made every effort to disclose all issues with the vechile, but buyer assumes ALL responsibility for repairs and overall conditon thereafter upon purchase. If you can't deal with that, DON'T BID ON IT.
