1) Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please email bboy31arrow@hotmail.com for this number.
2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we will not process the claim.
3) Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Paypal, or check). If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
4) This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. WWSL reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be refunded or replaced. WWSL makes no other warrant and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. WWSL maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall WWSL be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
