1) Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please email bboy31arrow@hotmail.com for this number.
2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with the RMA#) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RMA# we will not process the claim.
3) Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a refund, your original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Paypal, or check). If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund, 80% of your original payment will be refunded via the original payment method. If the order is found to be defective and we grant a replacement, you will pay no additional cost.
4) This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
