Please read these conditions for bidding on this car & parts, ALL of the parts must be removed from my residence before the car can be picked up! there are many pictures of parts with this ad, but there are items that aren't pictures,such as a 69 E type motor[without the intake] ft & rear and side window glass, series 1 XJ gas tanks, mag wheels, new Jag sheet metal parts, rear pan, wheel arche, bumbers & grille from the XJ6C.
Everything is being sold as is, car & parts, the car has not been started in over 10 years, but is does turn over with starter motor, dthe winning bidder will need a truck & trailor and some help to load all this,[ I have a portable cheery picker you may use to help load the heavy parts] .
I purchased this XJ6C in 1993, it was a typical 18 year old rusty Jag, but it had a factory 4 speed transmission and it drove beautifully, and had a decent interior, so I decided to make a Sunday driver out of it, it was the first XJ I ever saw with a 4 speed and I really enjoy shifting for myself, so off to the body shop I sent it in the spring of 94 with a bunch of Jaguar sheet metal from England,[new floors, rocker panels, door skins, front & rear rolled pans, lower rear quarter panels]. In the spring of 97 it was moved to custom paint shop to be coated in the original color [Regency Red] in base coat clear coat Polyurethane. In august of 97 it was trucked back to my residence, for me to install all the trim & interior that I had removed to start this project. The only problem was at the end of June 97 I was run over by a car in a motorcycle accident and was living in a hospital bed in my living room for the next 2 years, nursing a crushed left leg that was never going to be like it was before. Needless to say this project was on hold and the car spent the next 11 years in my garage or covered up in my driveway. With a bum left leg, driveing a stick shift lost its alure for me, and I'm now trying to sell what was once my pride and joy along with all the Jag parts I have accumulated over the years. view the pictures I have loaded and you will see what 11 years sitting does to a car, better yet make appointment with me to come here to view everything that's for sale! I donot know if the mileage is accurate, seller mst put a number in or Ebay wont accept ad. I will ad this tho I was very confident in how the car ran to spend many thousands on body and paint work, even the A/C worked when I purchased this car, th emotor din't smoke and the trans and clutch worked as a Jag should.

If your wondering why I pulled ad when I listed it earlier, I took some fresh pictures of the car and wanted to edit the ad to add them and Ebay said once someone bids on it I could not edit the ad, I tried to get the eople who had bid onit to retract their bid but one person wouldn't so I had to pull the ad. Then I had to wait for a break my art show business to put it back up.
