This is a no reserve auction for a 2003 Goshen GCII transit bus on a Ford E-450 chassis with 274,208 miles as of May 31, 2008 (hubometer).  Bus #23 (Serial No. 1FDXE45F03HA06242) has a Power Stroke diesel engine and a Carrier A/C unit.  It is wheelchair lift-equipped (Braun Millennium Series).

Repairs over the years have included a replacement A/C compressor at 149,452 miles (11/8/05), a water pump at 158,394 miles (1/16/06) and two replacement fuel pumps at 188,271 miles (7/12/06) and 201,271 miles (10/11/06) because of the mandated switch to ultra low sulfur fuel (mixing an additive into the diesel fuel addressed this issue).

The bus has scratches, dents and rust that should be expected for a five year old city transit bus.  The vehicle is being sold “as is” and “where is” with no written warranties and/or guarantees.  Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick-up or shipping that is to occur within a reasonable time period after the auction ends, generally within 30 days.
