THANKS FOR LOOKING AT OUR AUCTION.  IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A SUPER NICE HUMMER ADVENTURE AND CHROME PACKAGE 4X4 THAT IS SUPER NICE.  I HAVE TWO OTHER HUMMERS I WILL BE LISTING.  I THINK IT IS VERY SHARP DUE TO THE COLOR.  I HAVE NOTICED NO EXTERIOR NOR INTERIOR DAMAGE TO THE HUMMER.  THIS IS FROM GM'S SMART BUY LEASE PROGRAM.  IT  HAS BEEN GM CERITIFIED AND CHECKED OUT FOR ANY KIND OF DEFECTS.  THIS HUMMER HAS FACTORY WARRANTY THAT EXPIRES 5/3/08.  IT HAS VERY LOW MILES AND TRULY IS NEW IN AND OUT. THIS IS A ADVENTURE PACKAGE HUMMER H2 WITH CHROME PACKAGE AND AIR RIDE.  THIS HUMMER IS A DREAM TO DRIVE AND RUNS GREAT.  IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE EVER BEEN SMOKED IN.  THIS IS ONE LUXURY SUV THAT IS TRULY LIKE NEW.  THANKS FOR LOOKING AND HAVE FUN BIDDING.

Terms of Sale:  We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. This vehicle is my daily driver, so mileage may vary slightly. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Warranty:   This vehicle is a used and is being sold as is, with no warranty. None written, expressed or implied.  I will list any defects to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that this vehicle is used, and will have usual paint wear. So please expect minor scratches and nicks.  Owner manuals and extra keys are not guaranteed.  Please look carefully at all photos.  Only items in photos will be included in sale.  If I have owner manuals and extra keys, they will be in the photos.

Payment Terms:  The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit with in 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus processing & documentation fees of $149.99) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Acceptable Payment Methods:  We accept bank wire transfers, bank drafts and cashiers checks. Credit Cards (via PAYPAL) are accepted up to $500.00 for deposits only.  Vehicle will not be available for pickup until payment funds have been verified.  Often there may be a delay in title work.  State processing sometimes takes a while. 

Shipping:  Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees. I have several auto transport companies that I work with, I would be happy to help will assist in arranging shipping if requested.   I have no control over the transport delivery time.
