If the buyer receives a wrong item, we will only issue an RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number for exchange only.  All the return items must be in its original packaging and  perfect condition.  NO EXCHANGE WITHOUT RMA NUMBER.  After the RMA is  issued, buyer has 7 business days to ship it back to us.  Buyer has to pay the shipping fee to ship it back to us.  We will pay for the shipping for the replacement item.

If buyer receive damage item, we will report to the shipping carriers.  We can not help you if you did not purchase insurance through us. If you did purchase insurance then you must contact us within 2 days after the item is delivered.  After two days, we can not file damage report.  We require inspection of the item, so the item must be in its original packaging for inspection.   ALL DAMAGED ITEMS WILL EITHER GET REPLACED OR REFUNDED AFTER IT IS INSPECTED AND APPROVED.

Professional installation for all items are highly recommended.  Buyer assumes all the risk of shipment and usage.  Item is auctioned "as is", no warranty is expressed.

All return items Must be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 15% restocking fees will be charged.
